Let's help

SMALL BUSINESS SUPPORT

Through the use of the latest technology and online services, Turncloud helps small businesses with their IT infrastructure and systems.

We’re not a consultancy. We can carry any project through from design, to planning and then implementation. We can then provide ongoing support for your systems, developing an in-depth knowledge of the way you work and your business goals. Every business, every installation, is different.

As businesses grow they often have technologies that co-exist, such as computer systems that connect with copiers and scanners, applications that combine finance and inventory controls, phone systems connected to mobiles or tablets.

Without in house IT support, the responsibility for all these systems and their connections can seem unclear and your staff can find themselves chasing support between suppliers. Our approach is to take responsibility for all problems, just as an in house member of staff would. We provide a centralised helpdesk which owns and manages each and every problem and then finds the best route to a resolution.

You get problems fixed, you get an overview of your systems and their reliability and your staff get to concentrate on their real roles in your business.

We think this is a new approach to technology support – get in touch if you’d like to learn more. Click here

CASE STUDY

STABILITY

Stability is everything. An established international manufacturing business in Thame didn’t have any urgent IT issues when they approached us earlier this year, other than a general feeling that their staff were spending too much time on IT problems. After familiarising ourselves with their setup, we worked on the overall responsiveness of the servers and built an upgrade plan for the older and less reliable workstations that the firm could implement over time.

We now carry out brief fortnightly scheduled visits to the site, dealing with housekeeping or minor faults and making sure that the servers are running well. The result is a much more stable environment, freeing up staff from dealing with IT issues and giving them confidence in their systems.
